CMEs & CEUs

CME: This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint sponsorship of Maricopa Integrated Health System and Coalition for Tobacco Free Arizona. Maricopa Integrated Health System is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Maricopa Integrated Health System designates this educational activity for a maximum of 9.25 category 1 credits toward the AMA Physician's Recognition
Award. Each physician should claim only those credits that he/she actually spent in the activity.

CEUs: Respiratory Therapists. CTFA has applied for CEUs from the Arizona
Society for Respiratory Care.

CEUs: CHES, Category II. CTFA has made application to the National
Commission for Health Education Credentialing, Inc. (NCHEC) for CHES
Category I continuing education contact hours (CECH)
